A letter from LINK to the Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, Europe and External Affairs raising concerns about environmental protections that will be lost at the end of the EU transition period on 31st December 2020. The letter asks that the Continuity Bill is introduced swiftly to safeguard Scotland’s environment.
