Access to Justice in the UK

Joint Links statement on Access to Justice in the UK. This forms the basis of a Link submission to the 8^th meeting of the UNECE Task Force on Access to Justice in Geneva in June 2015. The statement outlines the issues of cost, time limit and the scope of Judicial Review that undermine the UK’s compliance with the Aarhus Convention and urges the UK Government to effect sufficient changes to bring the UK into compliance.
