In response to the Scottish Government’s preliminary call for comments on the proposal of a Regulating Order (RO) for Nephrops and Scallops in the Firth of Clyde, Scottish Environment LINK’s Marine Taskforce welcomes the proposal and supports the opening of a formal consultation to discuss the content and structure of this mechanism.
