It explains definitions such as anti-racism; racial hierarchy; white privilege; microaggressions; and the best terminology to use. It also provides guidance on how to address implicit bias; how to challenge microaggressions and racism; how to be an anti-racist organisation; and ethnic minority community engagement.

Addressing online racism in your organisation.

The Race Equality Environmental Programme (REEP) as part of the Ethnic Minority Environmental Network is funded by the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation. The programme provides race equality support and training to mainstream environmental organisations. The RACE Report sets out to collect data on the proportion of people of colour in UK environmental, climate, nature and sustainability charities and not-for profit organisations, and the organisations that fund their work. It also sets out to identify what policies, strategy and action on race equity is being taken within the sector. More information on the RACE report can be found under their FAQs.
