LINK hosted its annual Congress event this year at Perth Station Hotel. We had training sessions run by CEMVO Scotland to introduce LINK members to what Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) means, starting or progressing on a journey to build a more diverse, inclusive and equal sector, that is stronger for the planet and society. We also had a workshop on Disability & Neurodiversity at work, run by our EDI Officer, Leigh Abbott.
The day began with lunch, followed by afternoon workshops; dinner at 18:00 and then some evening presentations and discussions. All of the available material from the day is in the publications area for members.
