LINK Consultation Response on the Marine Licensing System for Scotland

LINK welcomes the overall approach to marine licensing as set out by the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010. In particular, we welcome the clear statement that ‘Marine Scotland will also make their decisions in accordance with marine policy documents (the UK Marine Policy Statement and Marine Plans).
